Corduroy has been flying out of the ArtBarn this season, and I’m happy to bring you a few new additions to our
small but mighty edit of luxury cotton corduroys, including fashion house finds from Loro Piana, Fear of God, and some of our favorite LA sources.
For a little context on just how special these fabrics are, corduroy jeans and jackets from ultra-luxe Italian fashion house Loro Piana sell for $1,000 to $4,500, while corduroy coats from American streetwear brand Fear of God can fetch up to $800 secondhand.
If you love luxe cords, now's a great time to tuck a few away for fall and winter sewing. Above is Vogue 1959 made with an out-of-stock cotton corduroy.
