Marcy Tilton Designer Fashion Fabrics

Whether you’re a trendsetter or a trendspotter, a well-stocked stash of botanicals is always a good idea. Botanicals are one of the most ancient and enduring motifs in fashion.

During the Victorian Era, when social etiquette limited direct speech, floriography transformed clothing into a medium for coded communication. Designers and wearers used specific flowers and fronds to signal everything from marital status to deep personal disdain.

Today, botanicals are as popular as ever. Marie Claire reports that 2026 collections are "reinventing classic florals", and “moss is having a moment,” according to Vogue. Mindfood muses that “bold botanicals” are “the design trend that’s growing on us."

With a curation of over 200 beautiful botanicals, we can’t feature them all here, but below are some new arrivals and staff favorites. You’ll find more on MARCYTILTON.com.
