In the world of designer deadstock, fabric from Alexander McQueen is almost never seen in the wild—which is why we’re thrilled for our subscribers to have first dibs on two extraordinary finds.

McQueen Graffiti Italian Poly Faille Woven makes a dramatic statement with oversized brushstrokes in black and white, accented by vivid strokes of purple and pink. Digitally printed on a lightly ribbed faille with an elegant, malleable drape, this fabric carries the graphic intensity that defined McQueen's Graffiti Collection.

With its 23” repeat and runway pedigree, it’s a standout for jackets, tunics, wide-leg pants, kimono silhouettes, or an artful set of throw pillows. Deadstock from the same Italian mill that produced the original collection, this is an opportunity to sew with materials that sit squarely in fashion history.

Its bold counterpart, Burton Graffiti Italian Viscose Woven, created under Sarah Burton’s creative direction, channels the collection’s iconic hand-painted lettering in a monochrome palette that feels both modern and unmistakably McQueen. Digitally printed on a fine-grained viscose matte sateen, it has a silky, airy drape that lends itself to everything from sculptural jackets to fluid dresses.

This is the same collection Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour famously wore, and the print’s presence in fashion coverage—from The New York Times’ exploration of McQueen’s painterly techniques to WWD’s look at the capsule’s graphic power—underscores just how rare this material is to find off the runway. Deadstock from an Italian mill, it offers a rare kind of limited-edition luxury.
