Smooth hand, lots of crosswise stretch with a soft drape. Very cool, the narrow 34" width indicates it is new fabric from vintage stock.

Mid/lightweight, silky smooth hand, soft drape, good lengthwise stretch, so cut on the cross grain so the stretch goes around the body - cutting on the cross grain takes less fabric. I can usually get a pair of pants with 2 yards.
