Today I am happy to bring back the CASHMERE COLLECTION with the release of a new set of Italian cashmeres from the mill for the legendary Lora Piana.
Below you will find a new selection of sumptuous solid cashmere wovens in weights just right for suiting. You’ll also find two rare cashmere knits that come from my personal stash.
There’s a saying in Biella, Italy where these fabrics are from that a Biellanese will "greet you with one hand and touch what you’re wearing with the other.” The idyllic town is home to the world’s premier producers of woolen fabrics,—the ultra-lux kind used by beloved brands including Louis Vuitton, Fendi, and Gucci.
In this alpine town surrounded by pristine snow capped mountains, sustainability and style go hand in hand. Mills in Biella mix technology and tradition to create what are some of, if not the, finest quality cashmeres on earth.
