Brrr… Today I’m happy to bring you some wintry new wovens in cool colorways. You’ll find cottons and linens from India, Italy and Japan including some new designer deadstock scores.
Some of my favorite new notables start with TIRAMISU, a crinkly cotton/poly poplin featuring big white dots on an elegant ecru background. This gem comes to us from Spirithouse in LA.
LIFE AQUATIC is a hand dyed, fine grained, Italian cotton shirting that comes to us from an NYC fashion designer. This is an exquisite quality fabric.
BLUE TOILE is a charming interpretation of toile de jouy on silky smooth, fine grained cotton shirting. This deadstock score comes to us from a top Italian mill.
VANILLA PLAID is an elegant tone-on-tone, cozy cotton flannel featuring a brushed finish on both sides. According to Vogue Paris flannel is très on trend this season.
