Today I’m happy to bring you more fashion-forward new additions to the FLANNEL COLLECTION just in time for fall. In addition to our fab new flannels, below you’ll also find a chic shirt using B6521 by my designing sister Katherine featuring TULIP TREE. Check out her latest post on my blog titled Fooling Around With Flannel for sewing tips.
Plus you’ll find a refined rustic shirt and dress by Carol on the ArtBarn team. Carol made Sandra Betzina’s V1541 with GRAND TETON CHECK and V1750 with BEATRICE. Note how Carol cuts her sleeves on the bias to give them some stretch and make for more ease of movement.
You’ll also see my version of V1817 featuring GRAY TIME OUT, SHERLOCK HOUNDSTOOTH, SMOKEY MOUNTAIN PLAID, and CECIL HERRINGBONE, and V1750 in REDWOOD HERRINGBONE. We hope you enjoy working with and wearing these fashion-forward flannels as much as we do!
